Name of the Offer - ‘’Chaddi Pe Gaddi Returns"

VIP Clothing Limited (formerly known as Maxwell Industries Limited) is offering a consumer “Promotion scheme” to get a chance to win Two Wheeler (Scooter) OR One Bumper Car prize in India. Upon purchase of any 2 pieces/ Pack of 2 of VIP Clothing products from a retail store, E-commerce, or quick commerce platform within territory of India. The offer is applicable only for personal use not for resale.

Participants can visit their nearest retail store to purchase any 2 pieces/ Pack of 2 of VIP Clothing Limited products where this offer is valid. A physical Coupon will be provided upon receipt of purchase. For purchases made through e-commerce or quick commerce platforms, the Coupon will be delivered along with the products. Participants must register on https://vipinners.com/ and read the terms and conditions for more details. 

  1. Offer Period: This Promotion scheme shall be valid from at 1st August 2024 and will end at 31st December 2024. VIP reserves the right to extend or annul the offer period at its discretion.
  1. Place & Outlet Coverage:
  • The offer is valid for self-use not for re-sale or any other means whatsoever.
  • The Offer is valid on purchase of any 2 pieces of VIP Clothing Limited products from retail stores, E-commerce and Quick commerce (hereinafter referred as “Retail stores/E-commerce portal/Quick commerce”) within All States & Union Territory of India (excluding the State of Tamil Nadu).
  • This offer is not available in States where it is prohibited by State/Central Law of India, or on products/services for which offers cannot be provided for any reason.
  • Offer shall not be applicable on purchases made from Modern Trade (i.e. Reliance Retail Store, Smart Bazar, Smart Point, D-Mart, MORE or any other Modern Trade store, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Fulfilment by Flipkart (FBF) or any other store/warehouse which are not defined in this Terms & Condition.
  1. Product Coverage: One Hundred (100) Two-wheelers OR One (1) Car as a bumper prize in a Lucky Draw at show room priced or above on Market Operating Price (“MOP”) (“Product”).
  1. Eligibility for Participation: Offer valid for Indian Citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees & family members of VIP Clothing Limited & its affiliates/associate/subsidiary companies & their retailers/distributors/wholesalers, suppliers, advertising agencies & even management companies. 
  1. Participation Criteria:
  • Participant needs to purchase any 2 pieces/Pack of 2 VIP innerwear products from Retail store, E-commerce website and Quick commerce become eligible to receive 1 scratch coupon upon purchase during the Offer Period.
  • The Product which is purchase from E-Commerce and Quick Commerce, The Participant will receive Coupon inside the product package, if a participant has not received any coupons, they can email their query to companies official email id care@viporg.com along with the purchase invoice and valid ID proof mentioned herein below. This offer is only valid on products eligible for the promotion.
  • Bumper draw: There shall be 01 bumper draw at the end of Offer Period. All entries will be considered for the Bumper draw. There shall be (1N) winner, who will be eligible to win a Bumper prize. The Winner should visit the selected Car show room for redemption of the Coupon (no online redemption will be applicable) in this regard. The Physical Coupon is required to claim the Gift.
  1. Selection of winner:
  • Winners will be selected through random system generated lucky draws Serial number of their purchased product with VIP Innerwear product & details received by Scratching Coupon during the Offer Period.
  • In this regard, The Participant will scratch the Coupon upon purchased of the Product at their sole discretion for participation in Offer. Participation in the Offer by Participants shall be on voluntarily consent basis only. VIP disclaims any and all claims in respect of the same.
  • Once the Coupon is claim by the Participant, The final decision on Coupon/offer will be informed to the Winner within 3 months upon verification of documents.
  • Draw for winners shall be conducted on daily basis within the offer period mentioned hereinabove by the company. The decision of the company shall be final and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
  1. Documents to be submitted by the Participant for availing the Coupon:
  1. Name, Address, Contact number, Alternate Mobile number, email id
  2. Original Invoice for the purchase
  3. Copy of PAN card
  4. Valid POA & POI – Voter Card, Passport, Driving License, electricity bill (not older than last 6 months)
  5. Any other document as informed or required by the Company

For collecting the Prizes winners needs to carry the originals of the above-mentioned documents.

Documents submitted by the winners will be subject to verification and validation by VIP Clothing Limited. The final decision in the scheme will be decided by the company.

  1. Verification of the documents & contacting the winners:
  • Post verification & validation the eligible winners will be informed through telephone/SMS/E-mail as submitted by them at the time of participation to VIP Clothing Limited.
  • The date, time & venue for collecting the Prizes shall be informed to the winners and the same will be subject to submission of valid documents and applicable taxes as detailed in the clauses below.
  • In case any document is prima facie found to be false & fabricated, the entry of such Participant/winner shall be disqualified and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.
  • Post verification, Bumper Prizes (Gift Coupon Codes) will be sent on registered mobile numbers/email to the winners only at the date, time & venue communicated to the winners. Bumper Prize Coupon will be handed over physically by companies representative after receiving of above mentioned documents. 
  1. Delivery of Bumper Draw Prize:
  • All applicable Taxes to be borne by the Winner/Participant along with 30% TDS as per section 194B of Income Tax Act and cess and surcharge. VIP Clothing Limited shall not be responsible / liable for the same.
  • Any costs associated with entering the Offer, including accessing the Offer website, are the responsibility of each Participant and Company shall not be responsible for any cost, expense or other liability whatsoever in relation to, arising from or connected with this Offer.
  • The Participant should submit Physical (Original) Coupon to the VIP Clothing Limited to claim the Prize.
  • If the eligible winner fails to submit the documents within fifteen (15) days either from the date of intimation or from the date of publication of the results on the URL link, VIP shall send a reminder notice through call/email/SMS to the respective winner. If the required documents and the applicable taxes are still not received within fifteen (15) days from the said reminder, the Prize of the winner shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be entertained in this regard against VIP Clothing Limited.
  • All Prizes shall be on As Is basis & as per stocks availability. VIP Clothing Limited shall not be responsible for non-availability of Prize due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues or any other force majeure conditions or any other reason beyond its control etc.
  • Any redemption requests made after the end of the Program Period will not be accepted. 
  1. Conditions related to Prize:
  • Prize cannot be exchanged with any other product or item, is no-transferable & cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.
  • By participating in the Program, participants agree to receive program notifications, information, and communications related to products as well as other promotional programs.
  • Participant unconditionally consent to accessing of information and/or images of Participant by VIP Clothing Limited for media coverage, advertisement or publicity for present & future communications without any further consideration to the Participant including promotion of its products anywhere in the World.
  • By participating in the Program, Participant are giving us permission to use the information provide for enrolment purposes, such as contact number, service provider, Email ID etc. This includes any information related to your purchases of VIP Clothing Limited Products and rewards information. We will use this information for administering purpose sending you invitation about special events, offers, promotions, audio visuals, and magazines via post, email, SMS, or through any social network.
  1. Intellectual Property Rights:
  • All rights, title and interest including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights in the promotional material(s) and any/all registrations received shall vest solely and exclusively with VIP Clothing Limited at all times and VIP Clothing Limited shall be entitled to use the database of the entries received or any information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purpose without any further reference or payment or compensation to Participant. Participant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify VIP and its officers, directors, employees etc. on the happening of such an event (including without limitation to cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.
  1. General Conditions:
  • Participant represents & warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws and any/all information submitted by him/her is true, correct, accurate & complete.
  • By Participating in the Offer, it means that the Participant has given its consent to VIP Clothing Limited and/or its third party agency (located in India) to contact them through call, SMS or email with respect to this Offer and shall not make any claim or raise any complaint against them.
  • Participant agrees that VIP Clothing Limited shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Offer or with the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize.
  • Participant agrees to indemnify VIP its associated companies, event management company & their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Participant.
  • VIP Clothing Limited reserves the right to change/alter & modify the terms & conditions of this Offer at any given point at its sole discretion without giving any reason whatsoever.
  • VIP Clothing Limited reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) with Prize(s) of equivalent value under this Offer at its sole discretion without giving any reasons. The choice as to the color, make & model of the Prize(s) shall be completely at VIP's discretion.
  • VIP Clothing Limited shall not be liable for any technical, physical delay in transmission or submission of the entries by the Participant or any disruptions, losses, damages, computer related malfunctions/ failures which affect the participation of the Participant or any force majeure conditions or damages caused by Act of God, Governmental actions.
  • VIP shall have the right to disqualify / cancel the entries of any Participant with incomplete information or illegal contents (statement of racist, sexist or defamatory) or on any other ground without giving any reasons.
  • Failure by VIP to enforce any of its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  • In no event shall VIP will be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer, its services these Terms (however arising, including negligence). VIP shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.
  • In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Offer, these Terms shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
  1. Jurisdiction:
  • Decision of VIP in relation to the Offer and matter(s) incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Participant. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. These Terms shall be governed by exclusive laws of India and the courts located at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all the subject matter with relation to the Offer.
