Shipping Policy 

• VIP Clothing Limited is not liable for any unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely OR delay in delivery by the Courier Company/postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment; or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded.

• VIP Clothing Limited is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

• While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

• Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

• Cash on Delivery option available.

• All products are shipped via reputed courier companies that are reliable and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

• As a shipping offer, FREE* shipping across INDIA for any purchase total amount of Rs. 500.

• Rs. 50 will be charged for shipping if the transaction amount is less than Rs. 500 or as applicable according to the circumstance.

• Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.

• We do discreet packing/concealed packing to maintain the buyer’s privacy only for innerwear items.

• As we need to give VAT invoice to courier, we mention each item as "IW" so that others won’t know what is there inside. IW stands for INNERWEAR.

Payment Policy

This Fees and Payments Policy together with the Terms of Use describes, VIP Clothing Limited accepted payment methods, policies and procedures in relation to acceptance of fees and payments towards the services offered through the Platform. VIP Clothing Limited primary object is to ensure that the Platforms are user friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information which may be shared by User.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this FPP Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this FPP Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and this FPP Policy and may forth with leave and stop using the Platform. The terms contained in this FPP Policy shall be accepted without modification and also, by using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the Platform, you agree to be bound by the term contained herein.

Presently VIP Clothing Limited accepts payments only from major select banking avenues. VIP Clothing Limited does not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.

It is expressly clarified that accepting a User’s payment through the Payment Options is solely at VIP Clothing Limited discretion. VIP Clothing Limited reserves the right to reject payment from a User through the Payment Options for any reason whatsoever. In order to further validate a User’s transaction, VIP Clothing Limited may request the User to submit a copy of the User’s photo identity proof (such as the User’s PAN card), failing which, VIP Clothing Limited reserves the right to reject a User’s payment made through the Payment Options.

While using the Payment Options, User agrees to provide correct, complete and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details which may be stored by VIP Clothing Limited third party payment gateway provider. Users shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument which is not lawfully owned by him/her or which the User has not been lawfully authorised to use. The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. VIP Clothing Limited disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorised use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including, details relating the Payment.

The ‘cash on delivery’ payment option allows Users to make a cash-only payment to our delivery executive or logistic partner at the time of delivery of the purchased Products to the User. Presently, we offer a maximum order value of INR 5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand) under the cash on delivery payment option. VIP Clothing Limited reserves the right not to provide cash on delivery payment option for certain Products (these could be Products specified by VIP Clothing Limited or Products with value exceeding a specified amount) or locations. Users are required to peruse and accept the terms set out under the Return Refund and Cancellation Policy which sets out the terms of refunds for transactions carried out using the cash on delivery payment option.
