  •  How do I determine my correct innerwear size?

To determine your correct innerwear size, you should measure yourself using a measuring tape. Take measurements of your chest, waist, and hips. Refer to the brand's size chart to find the corresponding size for your measurements. Remember that sizes may vary between brands, so it's important to check the specific brand's size guide.

  • What sizes are available for your innerwear products?
  • Our innerwear products are available in various sizes to cater to different body types. We typically offer sizes ranging from small to extra-extra-large i.e. (S – XXL), with some products available in plus sizes as well. Please refer to our size chart for specific measurements and corresponding sizes.

  • Do you offer different styles or designs of innerwear?
  • Yes, we offer an extensive range of styles and designs to suffice different preferences and needs. Our collection includes a range of styles such as padded bras, underwire bras, sports bras, seamless panties, boxer briefs, and more. We strive to provide options that cater to different tastes and occasions.

  • What is the difference between different types of innerwear, such as bras, briefs, and boxers or Trunk?
  • Bras are specifically designed to provide support and shape to the breasts. They come in various styles like padded, underwired, sports, and strapless. Briefs are snug-fitting, V-cut undergarments that provide full coverage to the buttocks. Trunks, Boxers, on the other hand, are loose-fitting undergarments that provide more freedom of movement and cover the hips and thighs.

  • How should I care for VIP Inners in the wash?
    1. VIP Inners perform best when they are hand-washed cold and laid flat to dry. However, if you're just too lazy - throw them in the machine on a cold-delicate setting. We know you'll probably end up doing the latter only.
    2. Due to the sensitivity of the fabric, for ultra-durability dyes and sustainability of the fabric, the garment should not be put in a dryer. We also do not recommend ironing your underwear.
  • When do you restock?
      1. Restocking of Prints & Colors is dependent on their likeability of them. We tend to launch new prints very often and are likely to re-stock any print or color that has performed well.
      2. If you do not see a print or color available in the product size and style, do reach out to us so we can check if we have any backroom stock that can be shipped out to you.
  • What is my VIP innerwear made of?
  • All our innerwear products are made from 100% cotton; a super-soft, breathable and eco-friendly fabric that is not bent and is made of a stronger, softer and more comfortable natural product consisting of fibers deriving from the bay of nature.

  • Are your innerwear products suitable for specific activities or purposes, such as sports or maternity?
  • Yes, we offer innerwear products designed specifically for various activities and purposes. We have sports bras that provide excellent support during workouts, maternity bras that offer comfort and flexibility for expectant mothers, and specialized collections for specific needs such as nursing bras or post-surgical bras.

  • How often should I replace my innerwear?
  • It is generally recommended to replace your innerwear every 3 months, depending on usage and wear. Over time, elastic can lose its stretch, the fabric can become worn or faded, and hygiene concerns may arise. Regularly inspect your innerwear and replace any items showing signs of wear and tear. Wearing good-quality innerwear is important for several reasons. It provides comfort, support, and protection to your body. It can also enhance your overall appearance, boost your confidence, and contribute to good hygiene.

    • You can place an order for our innerwear products through our website. Simply select the desired items, choose the size and quantity, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, provide the necessary details, and complete the payment process to place your order.

    • Is there a minimum order requirement?
    • No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. You can place an order for any quantity of products based on your preferences and needs.

    • Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    • We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order and the shipping process.

    • Can I order your products from outside the country?
    • Currently, we don’t offer any international shipping. It is in the process once done we will update the same on our home page, so stay connected.

    • Do you offer any customization options for your innerwear products?
    • Currently, we do not offer customization options for our innerwear products. However, we continually update our product offerings based on customer feedback and preferences.


      Return & Refunds

    • What is your Returns/Exchange policy?
    • 7-day Return & Exchange Policy: All products are covered under our 7-day easy return policy. If the product is tried or the tag is removed, they are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you received a damaged product, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you.

    • How do I return/exchange items from my order?
        1. You must raise your request with our Customer Care team at 9324952677 (Monday to Saturday, IST 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or write to us with your order details at care@viporg.com. We will revert to you with a confirmation, depending on the items you can return. Please DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. We do not guarantee any credit or refund in such a scenario.
        2.  We provide Reverse Pickup Option depending on the area / PIN code, for which the charges will be borne by us. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible for your area, we request you to return the unused product(s) encased in original packaging along with tags by courier at the address given below. You will get a gift coupon worth shipping charges against the same, which can be only redeemed at www.vipinners.com
    • What will it cost me to make a return?
    • We provide Reverse Pickup Option depending on the area / PIN code, for which the charges will be borne by us. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible for your area, we request you to return the unused product(s) encased in original packaging along with tags, to VIP Clothing Limited by courier.

      1. I have worn the garment at home for a day. Can I return it?

      To maintain superior hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept returns of any used or tag-missing product

    • How much time does the return and refund process takes?
      1. After placing your return request with our Customer Care 9324952677 (Monday to Saturday, IST 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM), it will take approximately 3 to 4 business days for our assigned courier service to pick up the product from the shipping address associated with that order. It will take an additional 3 to 4 business day approximately from receiving your returned product at our warehouse to initiating a refund request.
      2. We will keep you informed via email on your refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your mode of payment.

    • Do you provide tracking information for orders?
    • Yes, we provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details. You can use this information to track the status and location of your package.

    • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe?
    • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information provided. Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs processes.       Payment

    • What types of payment options are available
        1. Cards - You can pay using your Debit, Credit Cards and Net Banking.
        2. Wallets - You can also use your digital wallets to make the payment.
        3. COD - You can also pay cash on delivery. However, you will be charged a convenience fee for this option. You can see the added fees on the payment information section of the cart page.
        4. Gift Card and Gift Voucher - You can also pay using VIP Gift Cards or Vouchers. Simply select this option on the payment page. If your bill amount exceeds the value of your gift voucher, you can select an additional payment option (cards or wallets) to pay the remaining amount.
    • What is the process for making a Cash on Delivery purchase?
    • You have to choose the Cash on Delivery option on the Payment page. Once you have placed your order we will call, email or send an SMS to confirm your order. You can pay by cash to the delivery agent. 

    • My money got deducted from the bank, but my order isn’t placed. What to do?
    • We apologize for the inconvenience. Any money deducted will be refunded to your payment method within 7-10 working days. We deploy intensely secure modes of payment so that you never lose your money. If you receive a message for payment but your order is not placed, kindly mail us details at care@viporg.com with payment confirmation details, we will check and get back to you regarding the same. 

    • Are the payment modes specific to PIN codes?
    • For certain PIN codes, Cash on Delivery will not be available. Only Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Net Banking payment options can be used for these locations. Please view the list of PIN codes before choosing a payment mode.

    • My payment didn’t go through. What to do?
    • We use the best payment methods for a joyful shopping experience. However, due to some unforeseen issues, if your payment didn’t go through, we request you to wait for a few minutes refresh the page and try again.

    • I’m not comfortable using my card online. How safe is it?
    • All our Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use Citrus and ICICI payment gateways.
